Sebastian Vettel has thrown the first punch ahead of the Singapore Qualifying. He set the pace as Ferrari formed a one-two during Saturday evening's final free practice session ahead of Red Bull and a low key Mercedes.
Vettel clocked a 1:45.682 on the Super Soft tyre, the only man inside the 1m45s bracket, to lead team-mate Kimi Räikkönen by four tenths.
The Ferrari Marque has been saying all weekend that Mercedes is not showing their true pace due to conserving their engines.
However Hamilton suggest the other.
"The sessions were good, we got on with our programme, The car feels good but the others are much closer this weekend. It's always the case here. There are no problems with the car but everyone looks closer, if not a bit faster.
The last time Ferrari were in this part of the world back in April for the Malaysian Gran Prix Ferrari blew away their critics with a very strong win due to the better cooling of their engine and Aero Package, However this time the track is much slower and very bumpy.
